A graduate of the Real Estate College of Laval, it was back in 2007 that she devoted her full-time career to real estate. Since then, she’s been perfected her education with numerous and diverse training courses, to better serve her clientele.
Driven by the daily challenges that come with an extremely demanding customer-base and fierce competition, Annie knows no fear and welcomes the hazards that come with performing at such a high level. Her customers value her services and her devotion to the success of their transaction.
She remains an important member of the Levasseur et cie team, especially when dealing with customers looking to purchase a real estate good. She has flair. She can quickly assess her clients’ needs and find that true« gem » they’ve been searching. Annie is also the Sales Manager for several new construction projects.
With a passion for real estate, he founded his own business, Levasseur et Cie., and recruited other brokers in order to provide a wider array of services for his clientele. Willing to establish himself in an ever-demanding market, he’s honed his craft and knowledge by following numerous training programs and courses related to the real estate industry.
His expertise isn’t limited strictly to the sale and purchasing of residential properties. He also works regularly in the revenue property field, acquiring and selling properties for demanding customers. He also operates in the commercial field in which he can secure transactions for both buyers and sellers.
With his personal experience, he is fully conscious of the ever-changing tendencies of the real estate market. It is for that reason that he’s become, over time, an excellent negotiator, working for the benefit and the good of his customers.
